idiot' you might say. But you see everything was going so wonderfully
well. Just a few months before, I was invited to lunch at my bank as
one of the top fifty customers of my towns quite substantial head
office. My bank Manager loved me. I had an open facility of $1000, 000.
That's right one million dollars, to do virtually whatever I wanted, I
always brought in good deals and they trusted me. It meant that as a
builder and a property developer, that if I built a house for $250,000
then by the time it was complete it would be worth $350,00. I could not
go wrong. LIFE WAS ROSY AND I HAD MY ROSE TINTED GLASSES ON. I WAS ON
THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY AND THE HOOD WAS DOWN.

Over many years I have noticed that most bad events in your life
usually start to develop very slowly at first. In fact so slowly you
don't even notice it start. Then over time the many small insignificant
events, leading up to the main event, start to happen slightly more
quickly, then more quickly still, and even then you push them to the
back of your mind as being a minor nuisance or too insignificant to
bother with. BIG, BIG, BIG MISTAKE.

On a particular day at 11am, (have you noticed that governments,
senates, committees always announce major decisions at 11am) the many
small events that I had been ignoring whilst I drove about in my Jag or
sailed in my boat under the Golden Gate Bridge came to a head like a
huge, sore pulsating abscess, and like all abscesses do in the end, it
BURST WITH A BANG. (SORRY IF YOU ARE A BIT SQUEMISH BUT YOU HAVE KNOW
THE TRUTH OF IT).

At the precise moment that interest rates made another leap up into the
stratosphere, 99% of the population decided that it was a bad idea to
buy a new house with such horrendous and scary interest rates that they
were on this day.

How did this affect me? Well I had over $2000, 000 of houses on my
books. Did I sell them you might wonder? Well yes I did eventually at
less than half the market valuations that had stood good the previous
month.

Now suddenly, overnight, I changed from being the Banks
Blue eyed boy' into a very, very, very naughty boy who owed quite a lot
of money and please could the bank have it back. LIKE NOW. "IMMEDIATELY
IF YOU PLEASE, SIR, -----OR WE ARE GOING TO GET VERY
NASTY----------------SIR."

THIS MOVE IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 'PULLING THE RUG FROM UNDERNEATH YOUR
FEET'. I mean, they did all the research, they had all their experts
check the deal out, they agreed that it was a wonderful opportunity,
they said we would all make loads and loads of money???????

Well of course I couldn't. It was secured by mortgages and securities
on the properties that overnight had now become worth about half of
what they were the previous morning.

So from being poor then rich, I was poor again, in fact I was as you
might say in negative equity. That is a nice way of saying flat broke.

Well you might say after a blow to ones ego like that, that it might be
reasonable to suppose that once a man is down that he may stay down,
but that was not going to be for me. I will admit that it did take a
couple of years of feeling sorry for myself before I finally decided to
start again but this time I would do it differently. This time I would
rethink the whole of my business strategy and would take all the steps
that I knew of but hadn't put in place, to build walls of protection
for myself as I went along. If I was going to make any money then this
time I was going to keep it come what may- and if the banks and society
wouldn't play clean with me- then OK. Next time I would play dirty

NOW IT IS NOT MY INTENTION TO TELL YOU ANYTHING WHICH IS GOING TO GET
YOU LOCKED UP. But it is my intention to tell you every trick in the
book that I know so firstly you will make money- and secondly you will
know how to protect yourself and your family during the process.

Now having got myself through the 'I AM A FAILURE STAGE' which I will
be devoting some space to at a later stage in this manual, I then
decided to take my first step to my recovery and that was to write down
everything that I knew about business and everything that I knew other

sudden, literally within a few weeks, my life began to change. Of
course I was still deeply in debt but at least I felt better and what's

solution for a given problem.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
